Putting the Customer First in Your Affiliate Marketing Business

Have you given any thought to how you’re going to handle customer correspondence in your affiliate marketing business? Do you plan to answer every e-mail yourself, or will you hire someone else to do it for you? If you’re going to operate a true affiliate business, develop a plan for building your customer service department.

Customers talk…to each other, in public forums, and in social networking sites. If you want to make money online, make your customers feel as if they’re your number one priority. If the bulk of the mail is too much to handle, hire one or two people to respond to your e-mail.

When customers take the time to reach out to you, they’ll wait for a response. If you answer their e-mails, they’ll regard you in high esteem. If you don’t, many of them will assume that you’re ignoring them…and that’s bad news for your affiliate marketing business.
